On Thursday, June 20th SWE-MN did Spool Racers with sixty 4th graders and fifty 5th graders at Higher Ground Academy in St. Paul. The kids had fun learning about potential and kinetic energy, while also learning what a washer and spool was. It was a great hands-on activity!Thanks Rachel Borchers, Kay Hatlestad, and Sara Beck for volunteering during the work day.
